David Hall Runs Montgomery College State-of-the-art Remote IT Security Lab. Under the supervision of David Hall, Montgomery College's CyberWATCH director, Montgomery College built, and will maintain, a state-of-the-art remote IT security lab to be used by all members of the consortium.
